Email template

By default, all review request emails will be using Appio's default template including subject, content body, footer, text & color, logo and banner.

If you wish not to use Appio's default email template, you can customize and create your own template with your own logo, banner and content.

To do so, please go to Settings - Email templates

You have option to customize Manual request, Auto request or Discount for review email templates.

As mentioned earlier, you can customize Color and Content of the email template as well. If you are happy with your customization, you can send test email. Otherwise, you can start over by clicking Reset default.
