Auto request
The main channel for collecting reviews with Appio is through the review request emails. We will schedule and send these requests automatically based on your settings.

Add sender email
By default, we will send the review requests using
no-reply@appio.pro.
NOTE
In Premium plan you can change this email and the sender name to match your business in Settings > General > Email sender
Once you change Sender name and email, you can verify your email by following the instruction below:
Turn on auto schedule requests
To active/ de-active the review requests, please go to
Settings > Review requset > Auto request > Email Review Request > Auto schedule request > Turn it on/off
Note
You need to grand the app read-access rights to your order in order to schedule those request

Once you activate the Auto schedule requests, you are now ready to adjust your sending schedule by hours/days based on
Fulfillment or
Purchase event.
