Collect Reviews via Shopify Customer Accounts
Our app allows you to collect product reviews seamlessly through the Shopify Customer Accounts page. This enables your customers to submit reviews directly from their order history, creating a convenient and native experience without requiring any emails or external forms.
How It Works
When a customer logs into their Shopify account and views their past orders, they’ll see a “Write a review” button below the product list they've purchased. Clicking this button opens a review submission form right on the same page. This streamlined experience encourages more feedback, as it doesn’t rely on email reminders or redirection to other pages.
How to Enable the Feature
To activate this functionality, follow these steps:

- Go to Theme Editor → Checkout & Customer Accounts → Order status page

- In the left panel, click the Plus icon and add 'View reviews - Orders Page' extension
- 3
- Click "Save"
Once enabled, your customers will start seeing the review option on their account pages automatically.
Note:
- Only verified buyers (customers who have logged in and completed purchases) will see the review form.
- The Write a review button appears only after an order is fulfilled, allowing customers to share feedback based on actual product use.
